Attendance Machine Data Report


This menu is used to generate the existing attendance data in the attendance machine (employee's attendance date, actual In time and Out time). To access this menu, go to Time & Attendance > Attendance Report > Attendance Machine Data Report, then the following page will appear.



Filter the following information before displaying the report:

  1. Machine Code: Choose the attendance machine code of which data to be displayed on the report. Choose "Not Specify" to show the data of all attendance machines.
  2. Upload Status: Tick the checkbox to display upload status.
  3. Remark: Tick to display the remark on the report.
  4. Employee: Select "All" to show attendance machine data of all employees. Otherwise, deselect it to choose one or some certain employees from the left box and move it to the right box by clicking . Click to filter employee appeared on the options.
  5. Period: Choose the period of which attendance machine data to be displayed on the report.
  6. Order By: The report result will be displayed according to the selected type. Determine whether the report will be grouped by date or employee. If user chooses "Date" then the data with the same date will be grouped in one date column. If user chooses "Employee" then the data with the same employee name will be grouped in one employee name column.
  7. Show Actual Attendance Attendance Data: Tick to display the Shift Daily Code, Shift Start and End Times on the report.

After filtering the data, click to show the report. Then the Attendance Machine Date Report will appear as the following.



User will find the following things in the report:

  1. There are column additions here, which are Status and Remark columns:
    - If the status is "Failed", then there will be a remark as shown in the example above.
    - If the status is "Success", then there will be no remark.
    - If the status is (-), then there will be "Not First or Not Last Time" on Remark column which means there are 2 In time records on the same day.

  2. : To print the Attendance Machine Data Report and will be connected to the printer.
  3. : To export the Attendance Machine Data Report to MS Excel file format or Spreadsheet Open Office file format.
  4. : To export the Attendance Machine Data Report to PDF file format.
  5. : To close the Attendance Machine Data Report.
